URGENT NOTICE ON VISA
12 March 2020
The Embassy would like to inform all that it has been issuing visas to Chinese and other foreign nationals as per the arrangements made by the Immigration Department of Nepal on 9 March 2020.
The citizens of the People’s Republic of China and other countries who are willing to visit Nepal for compelling reasons may obtain visa from the Embassy of Nepal by submitting the following:
1. Original passport copy (validity more than 6 months)
2. Duly filled visa Application Form
3. Health Certificate (Negative Covid-19) issued by the competent medical institution at most seven days prior to the date of arrival in Nepal. (Notarized English Translation if the certificate is in Chinese language)
4. Passport size photograph (white background)
5. Copy of Citizenship ID card for Chinese citizen and one copy of Passport for citizen from other countries.

关于尼泊尔签证的紧急通知

尼泊尔驻华大使馆特此通知，根据尼泊尔移民局2020年3月9日的决定，大使馆一直在向中国和外国公民发放签证。
中华人民共和国和其他国家的公民如愿意访问尼泊尔，可以向尼泊尔驻华大使馆提交以下文件来获得签证:
1. 有效期6个月以上的护照原件
2. 填好的签证申请表 (英文填写)
3. 由有资质的医疗机构提供的健康证明（健康证明签发日期开始，7天内可以入境）。(如果是中文证书，请提供经过公证的英文翻译)
4. 护照尺寸的2寸白底照片一张
5. 中国公民身份证复印件一份；外国公民护照复印件一份
